AVTE&M is founded by Mr. YF Yeung, Mr. Dicky Shih and AVT Design, Mr. YF Yeung leads our professional teams in AVTE&M to deliver MEP consultancy service.

He have over 25 years of experience in the engineering field and has significant experience in the project management, quality assurance control, supervision and coordination for Building Service design, site monitoring, resident site supervision, co-ordination, operate & maintenance of the BS installations, trouble shoot on system failure for various types of buildings including commercial and residential buildings, institution buildings, domestic building, banking, hotel, arcade and open space, etc.
